Karen Weger, Realtor/Owner, Sunset Canyon Realty. I have been a licensed realtor since 1985 (I was very young:). I first started in the business in Alvin, Texas just south of Houston with a local ERA Real Estate Office. I later sold real estate in the Clear Lake Bay Area in Houston for Prudential on Nasa Road One across from the Space Center. In the late 90's I moved to San Antonio. Upon first arriving I managed Relocation Central and a crew of around 15 agents for several years, then began selling residential real estate again, including affiliatioin with Realty Executives. I then decided to move move in the mid 2000's to the beautiful Texas Hill Country and made Canyon Lake my home. I started my own real estate office and successfully helped buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams and goals at the beautiful lake area. I am a member of San Antonio Board of Realtors, New Braunfels Canyon Lake Association of Realtors and MLS. A member of Canyon Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors. I believe in superior service, with a smile. Friendly no hassle real estate advice. I keep up on current market conditions and contract law. I enjoy meeting new people. Sometimes the area is not a fit for some folks, but I never mind taking folks out for a tour and showing the area and homes in hopes it will be a fit.
