The Home is in the river front community of Little Ponderosa and tucked away at the end of the street under huge oaks. Huge deck for enjoying family outings at the end of the day. River access with private pier belonging to this home only just across the street. Circle drive plenty of parking. Enjoy swimming, tubing and fishing. Located on the deep part of the river. The cool clean Guadalupe River inviting in the hot summer days.
Home is nice with large den, cable TV, large full kitchen completely stocked and ready for your visit, including coffee pot to get you going in the morning. You will feel at home in this spacious house.

13 miles to Shlitterbahn down scenic River Road or 17 miles via Canyon Lake FM 306. Less than that to Gruene, close to all Canyon Lake boatring and parks, River outfitter in neighborhood. Located in Lil Ponderosa neighborhood just off River Road near L&L campground.
Rates:
$300.00 per night weekdays, minimum 3 nights or combined with 2 weekend nights. $345.00 weekend nights, Fri. & Sat. 2 night minimum or combined with 2 weekdays. $150 to reserve$300.00 total deposit, all refundable if home left as it was found.
