"We have been looking for the past 2 years, as time permited for the perfect home in Canyon Lake. Also had gone through every real estate company in Canyon Lake. We met Karen Weger one night as we were driving around on Glenn Drive. We called Karen around 9:30 p.m. and she was so helpful, pleasant and willing to help us, even at this hour. As a matter of fact Karen was at her computer and looking up properties for us to go view at this time. Our normal days consisted of waking early, getting in the vehicle and traveling with map in hand for that perfect home until dark. The best move we ever made was to meet with Karen. She is a true professional and knows every inch of Canyon Lake. This was a blessing to us. Karen devotes herself to her clients and knows what they are is looking for, and then she finds it. Karen doesn't give up!
We trusted her tremendously. One night on my way to work, Karen called me and said, " I have found your home." You need to contract first thing in am, because this home will not be on the market long. Karen had gone to the home and took 56 pics and e-mailed to me. We bought this home, because I trusted her and by the photos - site unseen. All she keep saying was this is your perfect home. Well, as I said before she is the BEST at her profession. Karen contracted this home for us and we signed December 1, 2006. This home was built in 1965 and is everything we asked for and more. This was an estate sale. Not only was the price great, Karen helped us with getting a contractor Bobby Yarbrough, which has turned this home over. We are going to put before and after pics on here so I can share with you this transformation. We love our home. Also the view is exactly what we were looking for. You must see this view. The best in Canyon Lake. We have the hills and the lake. Please do give Karen Weger a chance you will not be disappointed. Stay in touch with her and she will work day and night for you like she did us. Oh, one small detail - we live in Beaumont, Texas. This is a real blessing when we had someone working on our behalf because of the distance, we were unable to just jump in the car and make the 4 hour drive. We love the drive now. Because we can't wait to be at our new home.
