Karen Weger did an excellent job in promoting our home we were selling, some land we had for sale and in the purchase of our current home. We first met Karen when we stopped to look at a home she was listing and in talking with her we were very impressed with not just her knowledge, but her sincere desire to help in any way she could. We changed realtors and turned everything over to Sunset Canyon Realty. Karen was never negative, always positive and she was certain the right people would come along and buy our house and the land. Karen also helped us in buying our house which she had listed. The sellers worked with us because of Karen's positive attitude and within two weeks of each other we sold our house, sold the land, and bought the house we wanted.
I think what impressed me the most about Karen was her desire to satisfy us more than she wanted to make a sale. Its not too often you find a realtor who will honestly put your satisfaction before their desire for a sale. Too many times the realtor is more concerned about their bottom line first and the meeting of the buyer/seller's desires second. Karen was a great realtor and became a friend. Often once the sale is complete the two never speak again. Not so with Karen. She encouraged us when we would get discouraged, she found ways around obstacles and never gave up.

She took us to so many homes to view and never complained about giving up her weekends to do so. Karen had a house listed on her website so we contacted her to set up a viewing in May 2010. This was our first time to meet her. From that point on, we knew she would find us a home. We felt so comfortable with her because she was so down-to-earth, friendly, and was so knowledgeable of the area. During the 7-month period, we had so many ups and downs and had given up that we would find a home, but Karen kept on looking for us. "We have been looking for the past 2 years, as time permited for the perfect home in Canyon Lake. Also had gone through every real estate company in Canyon Lake. We met Karen Weger one night as we were driving around on Glenn Drive. We called Karen around 9:30 p.m. and she was so helpful, pleasant and willing to help us, even at this hour. We are going to put before and after pics on here so I can share with you this transformation. We love our home. Also the view is exactly what we were looking for. You must see this view. The best in Canyon Lake. We have the hills and the lake. Please do give Karen Weger a chance you will not be disappointed. Stay in touch with her and she will work day and night for you like she did us. Oh, one small detail - we live in Beaumont, Texas. This is a real blessing when we had someone working on our behalf because of the distance, we were unable to just jump in the car and make the 4 hour drive. We love the drive now.
